It was created by someone who spent years building without guarantees. Years where progress didn’t look impressive and belief mattered more than results. Lylo exists because of what those years taught me - and because of someone who shaped how I approached them.
Where It Really Started
Before Lylo, before any career momentum, before anything that looked like success, there was my grandfather.
He believed in discipline, patience, and showing up consistently — not for recognition, but because it was the right way to live. He motivated me without speeches or pressure. Just example.
When he passed away, I hadn’t achieved anything yet. No career milestones. No tangible wins. What I had was uncertainty — and his watch.
I wore it during the years when nothing was clicking. When I was chasing creative work, facing rejection, and questioning whether continuing was practical or irresponsible. That watch didn’t push me forward. It steadied me. It became a quiet reminder to keep showing up, even when progress was invisible.
That mindset carried me further than motivation ever could.
Taking the Risk
Eventually, staying still felt riskier than moving.
I moved to Arizona with no job, no safety net, and no clear path - just the belief that waiting for certainty usually means never starting. I trusted the work. I trusted time. And I committed fully.
That decision changed everything.
It led to creative opportunities I couldn’t have planned, including work connected to the NFL. It led to building my own marketing company from the ground up. None of it happened quickly. None of it was guaranteed. Every step came from consistency, patience, and a refusal to quit when things were unclear.
Lylo was built from that same foundation.
