Each Lylo watch includes a 14-month warranty beginning on the date of shipment. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental impact, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, free of wear or damage, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you with next steps.
